Killer Deal in East Valley
This Week's "You Gotta Know" is also a "Killer Deal" for the month.
Okay, no pictures and no maps because I am holding exclusive knowledge on this one. This is for those of you working in Gilbert, Mesa, maybe Chandler, that aren't afraid of living in a developing area because you know it will appreciate. From my home in the center of Gilbert, it takes me about 25 minutes to get there.
Get where you ask? The most affordable while still great quality builder I have found in literally, years.
Does a 3 bedroom 2 bath for $130's suit your taste? How about their biggest model, 3,000 square feet for $270's? The lots are huge, 50 feet x 120 feet. And the list of included features are unheard of for Arizona. Front yard landscaping, grass or rock, with automatic sprinklers. Maple cabinets, choice of stain, with hardware. No vinyl, only tile. Vaulted ceilings. Two Tone Paint Included. Seriously.
The models aren't even done yet, as soon as they are there will be a price jump. I'm trying to spread the word as quick as I can because it is a wonderful chance to take advantage of a builder who's trying to make a quick name for themselves in AZ. They have been building for 30 years in Canada and are trying to break into the AZ market. They hired away one of the big builders VP's and she's right in the sales office. I have already sold one, corner lot, tiny little mortgage payment.
Luckily, the neighborhood qualifies for my family friendly designation. Sidewalks, abundance of parks, and school within half a mile.
